Interviewee Name: Emily

Today I will be interviewing a really nice student named Emily. She likes to swim just like Me! It’s really interesting to meet someone who likes the same things as you! I can’t wait to interview Emily!

Topic 1:
Q: What do you want to be when you grow up?

A: I Either want to be a therapist or a teacher. I think both jobs help other people and I like doing that. I also like to be in a room with other people rather than just being stuck in an office.

Q: What do you like about yourself?

A: I say I would be pretty good at math. Because I like doing math, it’s fun, it teaches you a lot, and helps you with everyday things, like financing!

Q: Who has had a significant impact on your life?

A: A person who has had a significant impact on my life has to be my father or my teacher Ms.Lord.

Q: Who is someone you REALLY look up to?

A: I really look up to my teacher, Ms.Lord. I look up to her because she is a good teacher in general.

Q: In Summertime, what do you like to do?

A: I usually like to go Swimming. In other seasons: Exploring. Because I like a little exercise in my everyday life and swimming is just fun in general.

Topic 2:
Q: When you get home from school, what do you like to do?

A: Go to my mother’s house and play with my dog. I have a half-Yorkie, half-terrier. At my house, I like binge-watching my shows and taking some naps.

Q: What is your favorite place to go?

A: She usually goes to a park in general, she thinks it’s fun there, and she likes the nature trails at parks.

Q: What are some goals you have in mind?

A: In the future, I would like to have a good job. In the not-so-distant, I would like to have good grades and make a lot of friends. I would like to be a therapist or a teacher.

Q: If you could pick a favorite teacher, who would it be?

A: I have 2 favorite teachers, Ms. Castillo, and Ms. Lord. My favorite subject would have to be either Math or Social Studies.

Topic 3:
Q: What is your favorite thing to do when it’s summer?

A: I like to go swimming or just hang out with friends in general. I feel like it’s fun and I would say it’s a nice way to cool down.

Q: When you graduate, what’s the first thing you’re going to do?

A: After graduation I would like to go to college and celebrate, and just focus on my future career.

Q: What is your favorite show*s* to watch?

A: I like to binge-watch Heartland and How to Train Your Dragon: The Series. I feel like they’re good because they have a lot of action and fantasy in them.

Q: What type of movie genre do you like?

A: I like fantasy, comedy, and horror as movie genres.

Q: Out of all your friends, Who is your favorite?

A: My favorite friends are Jocelyn and Keira.

I think Emily is a great person and she is a wonderful student to participate with. She really brought out the “WOW” in the conversation, she is a great person in general and I feel that anyone could be good friends with her. I thank her for being there with me for this interview!
