Foxes Lifestyle
Have you ever thought of a fox’s lifestyle? Have you ever thought that you were a fox? Well, you may think that all foxes have to live in the wild, but not really. Sometimes you can see a fox and want to pet it. It might work and it might not. I love foxes, you know why? Well, of course not, only I know! I’ll tell you anyway. I like foxes because I think they’re cute and loyal, kind of like a dog, and a cat. They dig holes in the ground and they are called dens. That’s the foxes home.
Names For Foxes
Foxes have names, too. Like the female foxes are called, “vixen”. The male foxes are called, “dog foxes” and “tods”. Baby foxes are called “pup(s)”. Did you know foxes are monogamous? Monogamous means to have one mate for their whole lifespan. I think this fact is interesting. Sometimes you can see a skulk. A skulk is a group of foxes.
What Foxes Eat
Foxes eat berries, meat from small animals, and bugs, which is kind of gross. But bugs have protein. Foxes have to eat something, right? I mean we eat, why can’t they? Anyway, let’s get to the real facts. Foxes dig holes to find bugs, ew. Foxes find bushes with berries on them and chow down.
What Foxes Look Like
Foxes look like orange cats but a bit bigger. I like their fur and how it looks. I always wanted to have a pet fox, but how in the world are we going to get one? Honestly, I don’t know. By the looks of the fur, I think it feels really soft. Did you know that the colors stand for loyalty?
