Have you ever wondered what a bowling meet is like? On January 19, 2024, bowlers of the Emporia Middle School team had a meet in Topeka Kansas at Gage Bowling Center where there were 48 (not always 48) bowlers at a meet. Each bowler bowled three games and added those three games together to get the bowler’s final score. If the bowlers made the top ten, they were able to get a medal. At this meet you needed a 360 series or more to get 10th place or higher. The EMS bowlers have their next meet at West Ridge Lanes in Topeka.
