It was a quiet day, like any other, although today was much different, as it was Christmas Eve. The police department was fairly calm and there were no real emergencies within the town. Suddenly, they got a call. The chief of police answered the phone, being informed that the world’s most wanted criminal, Helen, was at Walmart currently stealing items. Although it was a dangerous task, the chief of police realized he got paid $8,954.09 an hour, $8,900.09 over the maximum wage, and that he’d be able to afford hospitalization with a solid 9 cents left. He grabbed his crew, quickly rushing to the Walmart. They put the Walmart in lockdown, surrounding Helen as she drove off (they have those special cars that go in any direction in 3016). Bullets were shot, blowing out the metal tires on Helen’s car. She was suddenly caught. The chief of police got a reward of $8,034,634.01 for catching the world’s most wanted criminal, saving the world from Helen falling through every roof. As a result of his bravery, he got a demotion and now makes $8,953.09 an hour, living happily ever after.
