The girls’ wrestling team is going strong (*wink, wink*) this season and especially so at their meet last week with Junction City, Washburn Rural, and Eisenhower after school on Thursday. Though it was a meet, from what I saw, the girls gave their all and came out on top. They not only have confidence, but the skill and passion to back it up. If you have the chance, hype up the girls and boost their confidence because you can never have enough. Today (January 26th) they will go to Manhattan, KS to Anthony Middle School, and they will go to Junction City on February 3rd. To any girl on the team, good luck! Remember to have fun, try your best, and have confidence. Go, fight, PIN!
