At EMS Basketball practice we always do our warmups at the beginning. Our first thing we do is our dribbling series which is we do right hand dribble down and back, then left hand dribble down and back, then we do a crossover down and back, between the legs down and back, and behind the back down and back. The last three that we do all are done in line with the free throw line, and at half court. After that we do butterfly layups which are full court and we do 5 minutes on the right hand, and 5 on the left. Our last warmup is rainbow shooting which is we do layups, short corner shots, elbow shots, floaters, and 3 point shots for all 2 minutes. After our warmup we do conditioning and we work a lot on our offense. Sometimes we scrimmage the 8th graders.
