On basketball game day, we have to dress up nicely for home games, but we don’t have to dress up for away games. On all game days, we leave class early. We leave class at 2:50 on home games, and 1:30 on away games. Once we leave class on away games, we go to the locker room and get on our uniforms. We put the clothes we wore to school over our uniforms and then get on the bus. At home games, we go to the locker room, get our uniforms on, and then we warm up a little bit before going back to the locker room and talking about what offense/defense we were going to run against the other team. Make sure and cheer on the basketball team after you get out of school and you can be part of the game-day experience too.
