Emporia has added Champions Landing to its Restaurant list. Emporia is excited about the new restaurant. The restaurant is where the country club was. The restaurant was re-made with a new menu. The new menu has a variety of food from chicken strips to tacos and even seafood. The new Champions Landing is owned by the Rusco family and a new addition of a disc golf course added on. In addition the golf course and the pool are open to everyone and not just members. While this is a great addition, it still costs a lot for a membership, but at least you can eat there.
