Have you wondered why there are numbers for UFC events?  They mean that’s the number of pay per views (PPV) they have had. Each pay-per-view is exclusive. You pay 70 to 90 dollars to watch. And this weekend is UFC 300, so the 300th PPV.

UFC 300 is at the T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. On April 13th 2024The early prelims start at 6:00 ET, then the preliminary fights start at 8:00 ET, followed by the main fights at 10:00 ET. The early prelims will be on ESPN+ and UFC Fight Pass. The prelims will be on ESPN and ESPN+. Then the main card will air ESPN+ but you must pay a hefty price. The octagon might be a different color because 200 had a yellow octagon.

Well, let’s take a look at the past to see UFC 100 and UFC 200. UFC 100 had a good card with Brock Lesnar in the top fight. The card does not match to 300 though because 300 has way more fights and most of the fights are past UFC champions. UFC 100 had a Hall of Farmers but also a lot of people I don’t even know. But in UFC 300, I know every single one. Now, in UFC 200, there were memories and controversies. Brock Lesnar was the co-main, but Amanda Nunes vs Meisha Tate was the Main Event with Amanda Nunes winning and starting her domination of the Women’s division.

Now for my predictions of UFC 300! I’m gonna start with early prelims working towards the main card. Deiveson Figueiredo vs Cody Garbrandt. I think it goes to a split decision with Figueiredo Winning in a great fight. Next is Bobby Green (14) vs Jim Miller (UNR). I believe Bobby Green drops him and then wins by TKO in the late 2nd round. Next is Jessica Andrade (4) vs Marina Rodriguez (6). I believe Andrade wins by unanimous decision in a pretty good fashion. The last early prelim fight is Jalin Turner (10) vs Renato Moicano (14). I believe Jalin Turner wins by KO in the 3rd round.

Now for the Prelim fights. The first prelim fight is Sodiq Yusuff (13) vs Deigo Lopes (UNR). I think Lopes wins by unanimous decision. The next fight is Holly Holm (5) vs Kayla Harrison (she is from PFL). I think Kayla Harrison wins by submission in the 2nd round. Next is Calvin Kattar (9() Vs Aljamain Sterling (2). I think Sterling wins by split decision in a controversial judge score. The last prelim fight is former champion Jiri Prochazkia (2) vs Aleksander Rakic(5). I think Jiri wins by KO in the 1st round.

Now, the Main card is Bo Nickel (UNR) vs Cody Brundage (UNR). I think Nickel wins by KO in the first round. The next fight is Charles Oliveria (1) vs Arman Tsarukyan (4). I think Charles wins by Submission in the 2nd round. Next is Justin Gaethje (2) vs Max Holloway (2). Ax used to be 2 in the weight below so I think Justin wins by decision. Next is the Co-Main event. Zhang Weili (C) vs Yan Xaionan (1). I believe Zhang wins by a unanimous decision. Now the Main event is Jahmall Hill vs Alex Peiera (1). I think Alex wins by TKO in the 4th.

UFC 300 will be a great series of fights. Make sure to go and watch from 5 to midnight even if it costs a lot. Trust me it is going to be worth it. I’m looking forward to Gaethje vs Holloway and Garbandt vs Figgy. See you in the octagon!
