wondering what World Studies is? Well, it’s Social Studies and ELA at the same time. you get to be in the same class two times each day till the end of the year. Today I’ll be telling you something I have learned in this class.

Putting stuff for the last minute isn’t a good idea.

This means when you get an assignment that’s due in a week. You wait for the last day to do it and now you’re in a rush and probably won’t do your best on it. It’s okay to do things at a slow paste but it’s not okay to not do anything for days and wait till the end. Trust me it’s not a smart idea. Remember to take a bite of an apple each day and don’t try swallowing it.

Becoming more independent

You don’t need someone telling you every day to do your work. You are your own person and you should be responsible for your own things. World Studies helps a lot with that because you have work to do and you have a certain day that your work is due. 

Everything is a choice 

Someone can’t force you to do something or you can’t say that someone forced you to do something because at the end of the day it was your choice on doing it. Also with every choice there are consequences: they could be bad but also sometimes could be good. You should know what’s right and what’s not. 

Those were some things I have learned this year but of course there are a lot more. But just enjoy it. It’s you making stories for people to read about. Also don’t stress over all the work that you have, you’ll be fine. Just make sure every day you do a little bit of work and don’t wait till the end. Also getting behind in this class isn’t very good because the work just keeps on going and going so trust me you don’t want to keep stacking on more work. This class also helps a lot in the real world. put it has you getting your bills when you get older it’s like you are getting all this work right now in this class because the work never ends just like your bills will never end. those were some things I have learned in World Studies. Also having a good teacher in this class helps you learn these things. Overall I enjoyed having this class!
