Everyone has heard about golf. Whether you like it or hate it, everyone knows about it. But, most people don’t know who plays professional golf, so I will change that somewhat. In this story, I will talk about the top 3 modern golfers in the PGA. Those are Tiger Woods, Scotty Schefler, and Rory Mcllroy.
#3 Rory Mcllroy
Rory Mcllroy is a phenomenal golfer. He is currently ranked second in the PGA Tour. I picked Rory because besides being an amazing golfer he also has made appearances in a Dude Perfect video where Rory and Dude Perfect beat/made golfing world records. Recently Rory placed second in the Wells Fargo Championship. At the Wells Fargo Championship, he shot eleven under which was only a one-stroke difference behind Xander Schauffele who shot twelve under. In conclusion, for Rory Mcllroy I think he is a phenomenal golfer.
#2 Tiger Woods
Tiger Woods has to be one of the greatest golfers there was, but has fallen off because he has been getting older and his competition has been getting younger. (It also might be because he has had 8 surgeries since he started playing in the PGA tour.) Even though he is not as good as he was, he was on top in the early 2000s winning five of the PGA Masters he was in! Two of those wins were back-to-back! In conclusion, Tiger Woods will go down as one of the greatest golfers of all time.
#1 Scotty Scheffler
Scotty Scheffler is the best golfer currently on the PGA Tour. He is currently ranked number one on the tour! Scottie has also won the PGA Masters tournament 2 times in the past 3 years! Scottie has over 10 wins in his professional career and is going to keep adding on to that for the rest of his career. In conclusion, he will be one of the greats.
