Have you seen a Pokeball before? Well, you most likely have. A Pokeball is the thing you use to catch Pokemon in the games. It is a very useful thing and I will talk about Normal Pokeballs, Great balls, and Ultra balls. Now, let’s get started.

Pokeballs 

Normal Pokeballs are the first stage to a Pokeball. The Pokeball is half red and half white, the middle of it has a black line with a circle in the middle. The Pokeball is the first item you can catch Pokemon with. You achieve this very early on in the games

Great balls

Great balls are the upgraded version of the Pokeball. The Great ball is half blue and half white (the middle is the same for almost every Pokeball) but it has red lines on the top sides of it. The great ball is normally achieved in the middle of the game.

Ultra balls

Ultra balls are the 3rd stage of Pokeballs. The Ultra ball is half black and half white. It has a yellow line on the top that has 4 yellow lines two on the back and two on the front. It has the highest chance to catch a Pokemon out of the normal Pokeballs.

These are the 3 main Pokeballs people know about. They have created the Pokemon franchise from the beginning of the games and shows without these things the Pokemon franchise would cease to exist. There are many more types of Pokeballs out there but I chose the main three.
