Interview:
Q : What do you enjoy most?
A: I enjoy going on bike rides around my neighborhood and I enjoy it because I just like to be outside. And it’s also really funny to race my friends on our bikes and see them lose.
Q: When did you start riding your bike? A: I started riding my bike, well a bike or a tricycle? Q: Either one.? A: I started riding my tricycle at like 1 and a half and since I was like 2 or 3 my mom let me go down the huge hill by our house.
Q: Where do you like to go and why?
A: A place I would like to go is Florida, Marco Islands because it’s really pretty and my family goes there every summer for my mom’s work. She has a couple meetings while we’re out on the beach.
Q: Do you like to draw?
A:I’m not the best drawer. So I like coloring more than drawing. But yes I do.
Q: What do you like to eat?
A: My favorite food is probably fried chicken because it was my big sister’s favorite food and so she would make it homemade and so I grew up with homemade fried chicken. It’s just so good, so she taught me the recipe and I’ve been using that recipe.
Q: What is your favorite sport?
A: My favorite sport is probably softball or football because I did softball this summer and my team was really cool and we won but we also lost. But it was really fun. And I like football because my grandpa is very much a football guy. And so he just will sit down and I’ll watch it with him sometimes. And that’s normally when we get to hang out.
Q: What is your favorite color?
A: My favorite color is probably blue because it reminds me of the ocean.
Q: What is your favorite thing to drink?
A: So, my parents don’t let me drink coffee or tea because of our religion so I’m stuck with pop and water and juices. So I like Dr.Pepper.
Q: What do you do in your free time?
A: In my free time I either ride my bike or I hang out with my friends. And when we don’t know what to do we’ll go on YouTube and TikTok trying to find ideas of what to do.
Q: What college would you want to go to?
A: So me and my cousins have kinda planned out our lives, because we all think ahead. So they have a plan for me and I like it. I Want to be a lawyer and also recently I should be an author since I started some stories and they like them. Maybe i’ll go to Harvard Law School.
Q: What did you want to be when you were younger?
A: When I was younger I thought I wanted to be a fashion designer. and then I wanted to be a teacher, then I went back to being a fashion designer.
Q: What is the scariest experience you’ve ever had in your life?
A: The scariest experience in my life was probably when I cracked my head open. What happened was I was bored so I decided to hang on one of those hanging racks at the store and I was like 3 and Brenden(her brother) grabbed on to my legs but I thought he grabbed my flip flops so I didn’t really care and I remember this very vividly for some reason but I remember swinging and then being pulled and I could feel my fingers slipping and then I was hanging on by my pointer finger and then I fall and it probably would have been ok if I just fell but there was a metal bar underneath me so my head cracked open and you could see my skull.
Q: Do you enjoy school?
A: No because I don’t think we need school cause in English everything is abbreviated and no one knows how to spell; that’s why autocorrect is there. In social studies they are all dead. For science mentos and coke is all I need. Math has calculators and everyone who has a phone has a calculator. PE? Wow! I did a sit up getting out of bed now good job that’s my exercise so I just don’t think it’s very necessary. What is your favorite subject and why? My favorite subject is probably ELA because I read really fast and so reading has always been easy for me and so ELA has always been easy for me.
Q: Ok would you like to add anything?
A:My life is very interesting until it’s not. Ok well thank you for letting me interview you. No problem.
