Have you ever had a Mexican dish before? If you haven’t, then you should try chilaquiles. I chose chilaquiles because they are a little spicy and they are better with sour cream. Also, Chilaquiles are my favorite food. In this review, I will talk about how easy it is to make chilaquiles, the taste, and some of the side dishes you can make with it.
The first thing I’m going to talk about in this review is how easy it is to make chilaquiles. Chilaquiles are very easy to make. First, cut the tortillas into decant squares. Then you fry the tortillas, then you set them aside so you can start on the sauce. The sauce is easy to make. You first put the tomatoes and the chilies in the blender and then you strain the sauce. Then, you let it boil for 5 minutes. Next, you have to put the sauce onto the tortillas that you fried. Then you can eat it.
The second thing I’m going to talk about in this review is the different tastes. This dish is supposed to be a spicy dish rather than a plain dish. For me, I like my chilaquiles with sour cream on it. You might like it with or without it, it depends on your spice tolerance. I like mine spicier than usual because I have a high-ish spice tolerance.
The third thing I’m going to talk about in this review is some of the side dishes you can have with chilaquiles. Some of the side dishes you can have with it are any type of scrambled eggs or sunny-side-up eggs. I prefer sunny-side-up eggs rather than scrambled eggs. You can add queso fresco or crema/sour cream on the chilaquiles.
You should eat chilaquiles. Chilaquiles take 5 steps to make. So, if you want to try and make them, you can look at this recipe. It takes 15- 20 minutes to make and you will be amazed at the result of how it turned out.
