Have you ever wondered about the new sport at EMS this school year? This sport is cheer, and these are a few things you might be wondering about EMS Cheer.
EMS Cheer is a new sport this school year. Last year it was called Spirit Squad, but they didn’t cheer at sports games. For EMS Cheer we cheered during the girls basketball season, and we are currently cheering for boys basketball. At games, there are around 10 girls cheering on the sidelines. Everyone else cheers from the stands. During practices we usually practice our cheers, and sometimes we do stunting. The coaches are Mrs. Laurence, and Mr. Skiles.
