Do you know how to train for boxing? Would you do boxing? There are 6.7 million people in the world that practice for boxing. People think boxing is hard, but it is not with just the right training.
When you start boxing, you first have to run at least a mile because it helps you stay on your feet. When I do boxing, the first things I need to do are sit-ups, push-ups, and squats. After that, I need to go run at least 4 to 5 miles. Sometimes I need to do the bicycle and it also helps with your speed.
When I’m finished with cardio, I do weight lifting because that helps your shoulder muscles and your are muscles. I start with First, I pick up at least 10 pounds, then I keep putting on more weight until I can’t anymore. I do at least 5 reps. After arms, I need to do squats with weight for my legs. By doing weight lifting, you increase muscular endurance. It also improves your power.
When I finish weight lifting, I go to the punching bag and do my jabs(short straight punches). Next, I practice my hooks and uppercuts. Finally, I move to the speed bag. I hit it fast and short. The punching bag helps me hit harder, faster, and sharper.
Would you do boxing if you had to do this? I have done boxing with my family, like my sister and my uncle. We have been boxing for over 4 years together. You should try to do this workout. Even if you don’t do boxing, it helps a lot.
