Cats are always curious, which makes them also very playful. However, it is also really difficult to get them to play with you. At least that is how I used to think until I started using toys. I am going to see if my cat toy works best on my cat, which will also mean it might work on your cat and/or other cats. I will be reviewing the cat teaser Patchwork Pet PatchCat Gone Fishing Cat Wand Toy.
Durability:
The Patchwork Pet PatchCat Gone Fishing Cat Wand Toy is okay with durability. The string doesn’t break easily, but over time the connection between the different attachments can break when using it. So, overall, it doesn’t have the best durability.
Color:
There are a lot of different colors which can be fun to use with your cat. The different colored attachments that you can change which one you put on your pole can be pleasing to the eye and can also draw more attention to the toy. Overall, it has good colors and is very fun and interesting to look at.
Entertainment Value:
My cat personally doesn’t find the toy interesting at all. She usually just shows timid ears and walks past it toward me to get pets. Therefore, it isn’t entertaining because she has never used it. I’ve tried different attachments, and none of them seem to please her. She even sometimes walks away from me because she doesn’t want to play with it. A few minutes later I just grab a long piece of grass and she tries to tackle it. Overall, it does not have good entertainment value.
Conclusion:
I now have found that Patchwork Pet PatchCat Gone Fishing Cat Wand Toy isn’t a good cat toy because it isn’t very durable and it isn’t very efficient. Maybe you can try to find a better cat toy that your cat likes at petsense.com. One of my favorite cat toys is actually just to use a really long piece of grass. It isn’t very durable but my cat loves playing with it and it is really fun to find as well.
