Have you ever wondered what goes on in a 7th grader’s brain: math? relationships? Friends? tvshows? drama? could be anything. If yes, then today we will interview Zali to what goes on in her mind

Q: What is one of the things you hate about having a sibling? 

A: Probably when my brother’s always bothering me and he never leaves me alone. 

Q: Do you have only one sibling? 

A: I have a sister, too. She’s older. 

Q.What is one of the things you love to do with your family? 

A.Probably just spend time with my father all the time. 

Q.What is your favorite family vacation?

A: Probably when I went to Missouri.

Q: And what’d you do in Missouri?

A: We went to this place where you hike. It’s called Dogwood Canyon.

Q.How far did you hike?

A: 21 miles. Yeah, your legs were probably tired.

Q.What is the best thing about middle school, if not worse, what is it?

A.Probably the best thing about middle school is, like, the teachers, how nice they are. And probably their classrooms, how unique they are, how they have them decorated. And how we have multiple classes instead of staying in one class the whole day. And we get to walk around sometimes instead of just sitting. And each classroom is decorated into their own subject.

Q.What are the best of the best things that you like about the school?

A.Probably how you get to hang out with your friends, sometimes. And then how we have a passing period, too, so that way we can talk to our friends.

Q.what is one of your pet peeves?

A.When people chew really really loud. I mean, it bothers me. Like, chewing gum, chewing food. Yeah. I just like it triggers me whenever people chew really loud and then also when things aren’t a certain way. Like when things feel weirded out. Yeah, like if sometimes my stuff isn’t organized it bothers me.

Q.What is one of your favorite childhood memories?

A.Probably when I used to go to my grandma’s and build forts downstairs with all my cousins. Especially like with my cousins that would come down from Topeka. Because they live in Topeka. 

Q.If you were a ruler of a country, what would be the first law you would introduce? 

A.Probably, um, like, no backtalking because it actually might cause people to do many things, you know, l So what you want to say is, you want to make a law that people can’t badmouth each other because it will hurt people’s feelings and make them intense so far.

Q.What celebrity would you like to meet at Starbucks for a cup of coffee?

A.Probably my favorite singer. His name is Ivan Coelho. I’ve never heard of him, but I’ve probably heard of his songs, but I’ve never checked 

Q.What is your favorite type of foreign food? It could be any

A.Probably like Mexican food. Yeah. Or like Hispanic .Yeah. What is one of your favorite Mexican foods and why? Probably both salsa. It doesn’t matter like rojo or verde. I like them both, especially when my grandma makes them.
