Do you want to learn about a 7th grader and her eight siblings? My name is Lucy Frank, and I am interviewing Presley! I am interviewing her because I am learning how to interview others, and you should read it because you can learn more about Presley and what it’s like for her and her siblings!
Middle School Students
Q: How many siblings do you have, and what’s the best part about having siblings?
A: I have eight siblings, and definitely the best part about having siblings is that I’m pretty close with all of them. I’m really close with my older siblings because I’m the youngest, so we all kinda get along. But we don’t all live together but I get along with all of them.
Q: Do you like being the youngest? Why?
A: Sometimes, I like being the younger sibling because I’ll be able to live with my parents longer.
Q: Do you have a favorite sibling?
A: My favorite sibling? I don’t really have any favorite siblings now that I think about it.
Q: Do you have a favorite moment with any of your siblings?
A: Definitely when me and my older siblings FaceTime call because they don’t really live here. They both live in Wichita and I like to call both of them so I can catch up with them.
Q: Have they ever made a big influence on your life? What was it?
A: They have been a big influence on my life because they taught me how to be kind to others and be silly. They taught me how to push myself past my limits to try new things and give social and emotional support.
Q: What is the funniest memory with your siblings?
A: A funny moment was when my siblings and I went sledding and my sister was going down the hill and hit a bump on the snow and went flying. It was funny because I could see her face as she went in the air and she looked so surprised and in shock.
Q: What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend with your siblings?
A: My favorite way to spend the weekend with my siblings is playing games or teasing them all day. I also enjoy watching movies or just talking with them. It makes me happy!
Q: What is your favorite vacation with them?
A: My favorite vacation is going camping. I got to swim and hang out with them, I also got to have a bonfire with my siblings and roast marshmallows.
Q: Have you ever made a snack or dish with your siblings?
A: Yes! I made puppy chow with my older sister. It was really fun. It also turned out to taste really good even when we added too much peanut butter.
Q: What do you like and what do you hate about your siblings?
A: Probably when one of the barges into my room to bother me or when they steal my food. I also hate when they ignore me when I want to hang out and they’re “busy”.
