Top 5 best Concerts I’ve been to
January 8, 2018
Everyone wants to go to a concert, right? But which performer is the best? I’ve been to a lot of concerts but I’m here to tell you which ones are best. In my list, I have five artists in my list. I will be counting to worst to best. Although I am not saying any of these concerts were bad, they were all great! That’s why they’re in my top 5 list.
5. Selena Gomez
The 5th concert on my list is Selena Gomez. While her vocals were amazing, she didn’t have a very good presentation of her songs. Most performers use lots of props, while she had few. Performers usually also have many dancers dancing with them. She sang most of the songs from her newest album at the time and did an amazing job with pumping up the crowd. My favorite thing about her performance was how much expression she put into the concert and how much effort she gave to do her best.
4. Lady GaGa
The 4th best concert on my list is Lady GaGa. Her vocals were absolutely mind-blowing, sounding even better than the songs recorded on her album. She talked about things that were very personal in her life towards the end of the concert. You could tell she put lots of work into making sure that everything was going accordingly and that everyone there realized they have a place in this world and that it’s okay to be different. She used complicated props and had several different stages she moved to and performed on. She had a very sentimental feel to her concert and I enjoyed it. My favorite part of the concert was the message that was behind it all.
3. Taylor Swift
3rd on my list would be Taylor Swift. I’ve been to two of her concerts, but the more recent concert I went to has to be my favorite out of the two. This tour was for her album, 1989. Her vocals were good and all, but I think I liked the presentation of the concert more. She had bracelets for everyone that would change colors when the beat dropped. They were free and made the concert look stunning. She had a lot of quick costume changes. You could tell that the crowd enjoyed the performance very much. My favorite part of this concert was the lighting and props she decided to use.
2. Ed Sheeran
2nd on my list is a performer who I’ve seen many times. That being: Ed Sheeran. Every single time I go to one of his concerts, he blows me away. He has no dancers and no one else performing besides himself. He uses a loop pedal during his performances. This allows him to record himself playing each part of the song piece by piece. This pretty much tops the cake. It shows that he has rehearsed and tries very hard to make his performance as interesting as possible. He really puts his heart into what he doing. My favorite part about the concert is watching him build up all of his songs.
1. Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber was the most impressive concert I’ve ever been to, making him 1st on my list. He did several stunts including the following: He had a trampoline hanging above the crowd. He brought the trampoline and had all of his backup dancers do amazing flips and then, he himself, got up and did a bunch of flips while singing. I found this very impressive. He ended the concert with an explosion and some amazing special effects. This made the crowd go crazy. I was very impressed by the different events he put together. My favorite part of the concert was the trampoline.
Overall, enjoyed every concert I’ve ever been to. These were just the best top five in my opinion. I chose to do this over concerts because I enjoy going to concerts. I always go to concerts with my mom and it gives us a chance to bond. If you’re going to a concert I would recommend one of the artists I listed.
