The Washburn Rural game vs. Emporia Middle School game got canceled.  The game got canceled because of the freezing rain. Many people were very disappointed it was canceled.  The game was supposed to be played on 1/22/19. Washburn Rural was expected to be one of Emporia’s toughest competitors.  The basketball players had to dress up for the competition so they were even more disappointed. All basketball players hope this will not happen again.
