The Lunar New Year is not only for people who live in China people all around the world celebrate the Lunar New Year. This holiday is on February 5th and it is pretty much just like the American New Year style but people still celebrate it on a different day. People like to have feast, watch TV as a family, and go shopping for new clothes or gifts. Lots of people do sweeping the house. Sweeping the house is literally sweeping their whole house with brooms and cleaning walls furniture and the ceiling.
