On February 18, 2019 people across the country will be celebrating Presidents Day. Presidents Day is a day dedicated to celebrating our current president and our presidents of the past. Although the day was used to celebrate Washington’s birthday, after the assassination of Abraham Lincoln the holiday was revised to celebrate both presidents. Though this holiday is for celebrating both men, some people like to only celebrate Washington or Lincoln. Even though this is a regional celebration schools will still have school.
