On october 31st 2019, the Jr. lady Spartans played their first game of the season. Washburn was a tough school to start with they are a school known for their athletics. To say the least the game was challenging both mentally and physically. Wasburn ended up taking the win. Some of washburn’s many strengths are their teams height, as most of their girls are well over 5 ft. Another one of their strengths is that they are a bigger town so they have more subs so their girls don’t get as tired as quickly.
