Daylight savings is a time of year where it ruins everyone’s sleep for an extra hour of daylight. Everytime this happens, every clock goes back an hour. Not everyone in the world uses this, such as Japan, China, and India are some of the biggest countries without this time of year. It is usually associated with summer and fall. Many people throughout the world think that this day, March 14th, should just be a regular day without changing any time.
