Do you want to know the meaning behind easter? I will tell you what I know and what my church tells me and what my family says and what the bible tells me. So christans and I believe that Jesus died on the cross for us on good friday if you don’t know what that is then you can look it up. On the first Sunday of April Jesus rose from the dead. It says that the virgin Mary went to his tomb and the stone on the top covering the body was open and Jesus wasn’t there. So Mary went to the 12 disciples and told them what had happened and they said he rose from the dead. So now when you celebrate Easter Just think of Jesus and how he rose to save our life. So this is the story that my church keeps telling me and what my family tells me and what I believe. So now you know the meaning behind Easter.
