The EMS golfing season is currently happening, and I wanted to learn more about the sport. Therefore, I interviewed Maddox Shivley, a golfer on the team, so I could have an athlete’s view of the team.

Q: What is your favorite thing about golf?
A: Being able to compete with my teammates, because they are super nice.

Q: When is the next tournament and who is it against?
A: It is on Thursday and I do not know who it is against.

Q: Why did you choose to do golf instead of all of the other sports going on right now?
A: I wanted to try something new, I have never done golf before.

Q:What are some drills you do in golf that you enjoy?
A: I like chipping to the longest hole on the putting green.

Q: How often do you practice?
A: We practice everyday after school from 4:00-5:30.
