I chose this quote because I’m going to talk about The Best Christmas Movies Of All Time. I made this list because right about now it’s Christmas time. I personally love watching Christmas movies. I’ll be starting at #5 then the last number will be #1.

5. Edward Scissorhands
At #5 is Edward Scissorhands. Not a lot of people are aware that Edward Scissorhands is a Christmas movie, believe it or not. It is about a guy that was built by a scientist. When the scientist died Edward stayed in the building. Eventually someone found him and brought him home to teach him basic things. This movie was made in 1990. I put this movie on the list because I personally love this movie. I watch it with my mom every time I watch it. My favorite part was at the end when Kim went into the building and acted like he was gone to protect him.

4. Home Alone 2
At #4 is Home Alone 2. Home Alone 2 is just like Home Alone 1 but it’s in New York. Home Alone 2 was made in 1992. There’s bad guys chasing after Kevin because of all the trouble he caused in Home Alone 1. He also wasn’t supposed to be in New York, he was supposed to be with his family in Florida but he got on the wrong flight. This is a great movie. I put this movie on the list because I’ve watched every single one of them, over and over again and I watch it every Christmas.

3. Santa Clause 2
At #3 is Santa Clause 2. This movie is the second Santa Clause movie but there is a 3rd one. This movie was made in 2002. This movie is about Santa Claus discovering that there’s a Ms.Claus and he has to marry her by Christmas Eve or he will lose his powers of being Santa Claus, while he’s worrying about his son(Charlie) being on the naughty list. This movie made the list because I love it. I watch it every year with my mom when we drink hot cocoa with candy canes.

2. The Grinch(live action)
At #2 is The Grinch (live action). I’m pretty sure everyone has watched this movie but I’m going to tell you all about it anyway. There’s an animated version of this movie too. The Grinch movie was made in 2000. This movie is about a guy that isn’t normal. He went to school and did everything like a normal kid, but he had green fur like an animal. When he grew up he had a heart two sizes too small. He hated Christmas with his whole heart. So he tried to STEAL CHRISTMAS! I can’t tell you anymore or else it’ll ruin the movie if you haven’t seen it yet. This movie made the list because I personally love this movie. It’s a tradition to watch it every year with my family.

1. Home Alone
At #1 is Home Alone. There’s three of these movies. They’re all different but the same at the same time. This movie was made in 1990. This movie is about a kid named Kevin. He and his huge family are going on a trip to France. The night before they left Kevin and his mother got in a huge fight and it didn’t end well between them. The next day, they left, but Kevin never woke up for the trip. Then burglars went to Kevin’s house thinking no one was home. This movie made the list because I think this is one of the best movies I’ve ever watched.

I like this list. I know not everyone will agree with this list because everyone has different opinions.
