On Thursday, January 24, 2019, EMS had a blackout day, where all the students and staff dress in black. These days where people dress in a specific color, like black and red, are to support the school’s sports teams, and to show our pride in our Jr. Spartans. This Thursday our 8th grade basketball teams will be having a home game for the first time this season, while our 7th grade teams head out to Topeka to Seamen for their first away game.
