When you have to go out and act, do you get nervous? When I have to act in front of people I am so nervous, but these 4 tips help me. Here are 4 tips to help calm yourself down.

Breathing Exercises
You will need to get comfortable; sit, lay down, or stand. Breathe in through your nose and then out through your mouth. Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest. The hand on your belly should rise when you breathe in and lower when you breathe out. Your hand on your belly should move more than the one on your chest.

Think Positive
You need to think positively. think of all the good things that could happen. If you don’t think positive you won’t be able to act to your full potential. You will be so afraid that you will mess up that you will make yourself mess up.

Posture
Have a good posture. For a good posture, if you are standing, you need to have your feet flat on the ground. Your legs need to be shoulder with apart. Stand tall like a string is pulling you up, and keep your chin parallel with the floor.

Arrive Early
If you arrive early it will give you more time to do all these steps. It will give you more time to get all the bad stuff out. It will also give you more time to get ready and go to the bathroom.
