Do you just hate mayo? Or dislike it so much you can’t even look at it? Well,  that’s the exact opposite of me. I love mayo, and in this story I hope I can change your mind!!

I have always loved mayo. Mayo has been my favorite topping to put on anything (but ice cream) since 3rd grade. You should like mayo because it can go on anything you want. It makes things like sandwiches at the subway a little more flavorful. You can put mayo on multiple things, for example Cheeto Puffs. I discovered this amazing creation just a couple of days ago. I was sitting on the bus riding back from my volleyball game and the side for food was chips, and in the chip box were Cheeto Puffs, and i just so happened to have mayo in my bag and decided to squirt a toothpaste size blob onto the Cheeto Puff. My mind was blown! My friends also love mayo now because of me. Kennedy Schick was the first to warm up to the idea of mayo on a school chicken sandwich, now she loves it! What isn’t there to like about mayo? I have convinced my friends to like it too, so it’s a guaranteed 99.9% chance you love it too! 

There are so many types of mayo out there, and Kewpie is one of them! Kewpie can usually be found at Japanese supermarkets. My favorite type of mayo is Hellman’s real mayo! This mayo can be bought at Walmart and other places like Aldi’s. There’s also a mayo called Miracle Whip, it’s the most popular mayo out there.

Mayo can go in all kinds of stuff, for example, deviled eggs. Deviled eggs are eaten mainly at parties, they are hard boiled eggs filled with the yolk mixed with mayo. You can also put different spices on them to give them a little more taste. Another recipe with mayo as an ingredient is macaroni salad. Yes, your favorite dish to make at home when your mom has no time to cook you dinner. In the noodles they have mayo in them! The last dish I will be talking about that has mayo as an ingredient in it is potato salad. In my opinion, I dislike this dish very much, but maybe you like it!
