“Practice like you have never won, play like you have never lost” — Christian Lacher. This quote shows that you need to work hard to be able to accomplish things.  This week I interviewed Raelyn Ewing, a volleyball player. We will figure out why she started, why she loves and maybe more. 

Q: What do you enjoy most about playing volleyball?

A:Doing what I love the most and being myself and doing something that makes me happy

Q: What position do you play in volleyball?

A: backrow

Q: Why did you start playing? 

A: It looked fun to play, and I wanted to play a sport that I liked

Q: How long have you been playing? 

A: This is my 5th year playing so since 2021

Raelyn’s journey from searching for the right sport to entering her fifth year on the court shows that when you find what you love, the hard work becomes worth it. Whether she is diving for a ball in the back row or cheering on her teammates, she proves that playing with heart is the real key to success.
