Documentaries are non-fiction films designed to document reality, which can include subtypes. The second one is animated films. Animated films utilize techniques like stop-motion, 2d and 3d. The third one is short films. Short films are typically 40-50 min long, focusing on the plot. The fourth one is narrative/feature films. narrative/feature films are the standard 90-120 min fictional films that make up the majority of the commercial industry. The sixth one is Experimental/Avant-garde. Experimental/Avant-garde are films that push the boundaries of conventional storytelling, often focusing on form.
