Fruits and Veggies,
Fruits and veggies have a lot of vitamins and are natural with no additives. The first snack you can make is apple slices with peanut butter. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor. The next snack you can make is banana and yogurt Parfait. (tip: Layer yogurt, banana slices, and granola) Another snack you can try is carrot and cucumber sticks with hummus. Also, try frozen grapes or berries there that are really good and have lots of vitamins. The last snack is Avocado Toast. To make it, mashed avocado on whole grain toast with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Protein-Packed Snacks
Protein-packed snacks are good because they’re filling and support muscle. The first snack is cheese and whole wheat crackers. Another snack is hard-boiled eggs, they’re quick and easy. Next greek yogurt with honey and nuts. A different snack is
turkey and cheese roll-ups; just wrap turkey slices around cheese sticks. Lastly,
cottage cheese with pineapple or peaches. It has a balance of sweet and savory. Tip: prep ahead for an easy grab-and-go snack.
Quick and Easy Combos
Quick and easy combos are good on-the-go and if you don’t have lots of time. The first snack you should try is trail mix. Mix nuts, dried fruit, and a few dark chocolate chips. The next snack, popcorn, is a really fast snack to grab. Also, try peanut butter and banana rice cakes. its a crunchy and filling snack. The next snack is a
Smoothie. Blend fruit, yogurt, and milk for a nutritious drink. The last snack is
whole-grain toast with almond butter and honey. It is a snack that is simple and delicious.
Fun and Creative
Fun and creative are cool and good for parties. The first snack is ants on a log. These are made of celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins. The next snack is a mini quesadilla. Grab a whole wheat tortilla and fill it with cheese, then microwave or pan-heat it. Another snack is energy bites. Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips into small bite sizes. The last snack is microwave scrambled eggs to make them put them in a mug quickly. They are packed with protein. The last one is apple donuts. These are apple rings topped with yogurt and granola.
