The final bell rang, and before the halls had even cleared, we all met by the lockers already talking about Pizza Ranch. Backpacks over our shoulders, we headed out of school together, laughing and messing around. The walk didn’t even feel long because we kept joking, arguing about what we were gonna eat, and how many plates there were gonna be.
Experience
You’ll feel welcomed as you walk in with lots of family laughing and talking. We have to wait a little just because of it being a half-day and lunch time. I usually go with lots of people. Once you get to the front, you pay and walk in. We find seats and start loading up on food. The food is organized and nicely placed on trays at the buffet. There are workers walking around picking up your empty plates.
Bests Foods
The best foods, in my opinion, are the chicken legs. They have a perfect amount of crisp. I also really love the pizza cookie. It’s super chocolatey and when it’s warm is like magic in your mouth. The next food is the potato chips. They are so fresh and crunchy. My favorite pizza there is a plain pepperoni pizza; the cheese pull is to die for. The last food is their soft serve ice cream. It’s so yummy and creamy.
Prices
The prices for Pizza Ranch are $12–$15 for adults, depends on location and time (lunch vs. dinner/weekends). Lunch buffets are generally cheaper, while kids’ prices are by age ( $5.49–$8.49). Many locations offer “Kids Eat Free” on Tuesday nights and discounts for seniors (65+) and military.
Overall, Pizza Ranch is a good family-friendly restaurant. I wish I was digging into their yummy warm chocolate chip cookie with a pepperoni pizza and some crisp chicken also a side of crunchy potato chips. Make sure to check out their website for the right prices and deals they might be having.
