Have you run out of things to do over summer? If so, then perfect! This is a great opportunity to go swimming in the  Aquatic Center. It could be lots of fun. especially with friends! Don’t miss out this summer on going swimming!
The aquatic center will be opening on May 24, 2026. Which might make you think how much it is to get in.The aquatic center charges for adults, children and youth. If you’re an adult, ages of 16 and over, you’ll have to pay $5.00 and for children of ages of 3 and younger is free! And, obviously, we can’t forget youth of the age 4 to 15; you’ll be paying $3.00.
The Aquatic center also has a concession stand where there are lots of snacks, like candy, hot dogs, and nachos. The price of the snacks are between 1 or 3 dollars each. Most people aim for the ice cream sandwiches or the hot dogs. The drinks are about 2 to 3 dollars, almost the same price as the snacks. You can bring snacks that you brought on your own, you just have to eat them away from the pool area.
The most exciting thing about Jones Aquatic center is the slides. There are two slides, one is yellow and the other is blue. My personal favorite is the blue because I feel like you could slide easier and it doesn’t go as fast as the yellow slide goes. But if you like slides that go fast, then the yellow slide is for you! There are two lifeguards on top of the slides that tell you when it’s safe to go or when not to go. There is a height limit that you must top before going on the slide.
All of this leads up to The Aquatic Center being a wonderful spot to hang out with all your friends! I 100% recommend going on every slide you could go on! The lifeguards will literally make sure you are good and stay safe. This experience will be extra fun if you are with people that you are comfortable with. If this doesn’t make you go to The Aquatic Center, I don’t know what will!
