Slides are some really good shoes for the summer, especially when you are going out to the pool and need something other than tennis shoes. Birkenstocks
The first pair of slides are Birkenstocks. Birkenstocks are one of the best shoes for the summer! They are so cute, so stylish, and you can express yourself in many different ways with all the different options! There are multiple types of these shoes. You can get the normal ones with the 2 straps, the clogs, and many more! They can be worn with socks, or no socks! I would say in the summer it’s okay not to wear socks with them, especially when it’s really hot.

Crocs
The second pair of slides are Crocs. Crocs are so fun to have! They are so easy to just slip on and go. The cool thing about Crocs is you can decorate them! You get these things that are called Croc charms, and you put them in the holes at the top of the shoe! It’s so cool that you can express yourself but still be comfortable! The reason Crocs have the holes at the top of the shoes is because they provide ventilation, letting heat escape and preventing your feet from getting sweaty and stinky. Have you ever gotten a new pair of shoes and worn them for a while and then they got really smelly? Well, they don’t have the holes like Crocs do, so your feet get really sweaty, and when you sweat, it starts to smell.

Flip flops
Last but surely not least, we have flip flops! Flip Flops are one of the best shoes to get when you are on vacation. They help so much when you are at the beach or the pool. The cool thing about them is that when you get rubber ones you can just wash all the stuff out of them. A lot of shoes would get ruined by sand or water, except these bad boys, they are so easy to clean, and so easy to wear. You can wear them with really anything. There are also so many types you can get, like sparkly ones, plain ones, or even bright colored ones. That’s my favorite part about them, you can choose which ones you want! There are so many colors to choose from!
