Did you love watching TV-shows as a kid? Have you ever watched the dynamic duo of Tom and Jerry? I have, and boy do I love watching shows that have two characters that can’t live without each other. Today we’re going to talk about the best duo’s in TV-shows to ever exist.
Best friendship – D.J. & Kimmy – Fuller house
The best friendship has to be D.J. and Kimmy… right? The show started as Full House, then 21 years later, Fuller House was made. Both shows combined have a total of 13 seasons. The reason I think they are the best friendship is because of the connection they had throughout 30 years of their life. D.J. is the responsible, older one, and Kimmy is the fun eccentric one. They are the exact example of opposites attract.
Best duo/enemies – Tom and Jerry – Tom and Jerry
Have you ever watched Tom and Jerry chase each other around when you were little? Tom and Jerry have been around for 86 years; that’s a lot I know. That doesn’t mean you can’t still watch them chase each other around town. The reason I think they are such a good duo is because of the way they even out each other. Neither Tom the cat nor Jerry the mouse can get close to what they want. Tom wants to eat Jerry, and Jerry doesn’t want to run forever. They’re story will go on forever, as the “never ending duo.”
Best partnership – Matt & Julie – Friday Night Light’s
Can you remember a time when you watched a show and thought, “eww they’re too cute together!” Well, then this is the partnership for you. Matt and Julie (the perfect couple). Friday Night Lights started around 2006 and ended in 2011. The show has a total of five seasons. The reason I think they’re the perfect partnership is because of the dynamic connection between them both. When Matt has to take care of his mom after his father’s death, it impacts the way Julie interacts with Matt. She encourages him to keep continuing what he loves most (coaching football). No matter the time, they always know how to not quit caring for each other.
In conclusion, I think these all should be on the top duo’s of all time (even if you disagree). Here’s a link to watch Tom and Jerry fight again. Come back next week because there is always something on.
