Ice cream has a massive variety of flavors going from chocolate to fruity, but each country has its own favorites. So, I wrote this list to see which one was number one and which one could really be called a classic. Read on to see what’s number one and find out if your favorite made the cut.

4.Number four on the list is Cookies and cream. Cookies and cream has a very creamy base; it also has cookie and chocolate chunks that gives it a good creamy crunchy texture. Cookies and cream are most popular in the state of Oklahoma. Cookies and cream is a widely beloved flavor that ranks as a top favorite across many states.

3.Number three is strawberry. Strawberry is a really sweet ice cream. It’s very creamy and it has strawberry chunks that gives it more of a strawberry flavor. Strawberry ice cream is most popular in the state of Washington D.C. Because it is delicious made from one of the most popular fruits in the U.S.

2.Number two is Rocky road. Rocky road has chocolate chunks with nuts, marshmallows it has a creamy rich chocolate base. Rocky road is most popular in California, Nevada ,and Montana. Rocky road is a very delicious classic ice-cream with a whole lot of textures that makes it a good treat. 

1.And Number one on the list is Vanilla: Vanilla is a delicious classic soft and creamy dessert. Vanilla is the most popular ice cream in around 21 states in the U.S. Vanilla is a classic ice cream and a great thing to eat with friends and family on a hot day.

After looking at all these flavors I had to say rocky road may have not been number one but it’s still an American classic. Another flavor that didn’t make the list is chocolate. Even though it wasn’t featured here, doesn’t mean that it’s not special. Sometimes simple flavors are the best
