As you can tell, I love volleyball because of all the stories I wrote over it. I wanted you to get a little bit of information from each position for a little bit of advice. I am a back row player, and today I have a Hitter and a Setter to gather some information from different views of the court.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a hitter? Well today I am interviewing one of my favorite hitters I know! You will learn some things about her position, how long she has played, and some relieving advice.
Q: How long have you been playing volleyball? Are you still playing?
A: I have been playing volleyball for about 2 years and going on 3.
Q: Do you play for a club? If you do, what club?
A: I have played for 2 clubs so far, Rising Phoenix and EVA.
Q: What is your position? What is one of your biggest strengths on the court?
A: I have mostly played all of the front of the court, one of my biggest strengths on the court is probably anticipating my opponent’s next move.
Q: How do you handle pressure during a game? What calms you down?
A: Ha i dont lol, one thing that calms me down is a 30 sec reset.
Q: What are your volleyball goals? What do you expect out of yourself?
A: My volleyball goal is to continue to play all throughout high school and into college. I expect myself to do the best I can to be better then once I know I’m better, do better.
Q. Do you plan to pursue volleyball (college)? If you do, what college?
A: Yes, I plan to stay in Emporia and play for ESU or play for fort hays.

Q: How long have you been playing volleyball? Are you still playing?
A: It’s my first year, and yes I’m hoping to still play.
Q: Do you play for a club? If you do, what club?
A: Yes I did play club, I played for EVA.
Q: What is your position? What is one of your biggest strengths on the court?
A: I was a setter, I am the reason that the front row can hit.
Q: How do you handle pressure during a game? What calms you down?
A: I handle pressure by praying in my head that the next play will be better. What calms me down is looking at my family and seeing their support.
Q: What are your volleyball goals? What do you expect out of yourself?
A: My volleyball goals are getting on A team next year, and I expect for my setting to get better.
Q: Do you plan to pursue volleyball (college)? If you do, what college?
A: No, I don’t expect to do volleyball in college. I want to do softball, and the college I want to go to is Oregon or Alabama.
